Data Is your data infrastructure ready to support AI, or is it being built in a way that will limit what's possible later? Most businesses don't think about this until it's a problem. We think about it from day one.
Resources Who owns AI in your business, and do they have what they need to use it well? We look at the full picture: the tools (frontier models, open-source alternatives, agents, and workflows), the time investment required to build real capability, and the budget. How much should you spend? What can you realistically expect in return — time saved, quality gained, decisions improved? And critically, how do you structure your AI approach so you're not exposed when the economics of AI shift, pricing changes, or a model you've built around gets deprecated? These are the questions most AI implementations skip. We don't.
